Every project includes a licensed and insured crew, workers’ compensation coverage, proper gravel base preparation, rebar reinforcement, quality concrete materials, and professional sealing. Jonathan personally oversees every job to ensure it is done correctly and built to last. While some contractors may offer lower prices, they often cut corners on preparation, reinforcement, insurance, or materials.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Jonathan or Fred will come to your home, measure the area, discuss your options, and provide a detailed written quote — completely free and with no obligation

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a deposit to secure your spot on our schedule and to order materials. For most projects, payments are divided into four equal installments of 25% each, with the final balance due upon completion.

Do NOT use any de-icing salts during the first winter. After the first winter, use calcium chloride or magnesium chloride sparingly.

Hairline cracks are normal. If you notice wider cracks, call us right away for early repair.

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes. We stand behind every project we complete with a 1-year workmanship warranty. If there is a structural issue caused by our workmanship — not normal wear or minor hairline cracks — we will come back and make it right. We also provide guidance on proper maintenance to help your concrete last as long as possible.
